Skip Third-Party Amazon Sellers

I buy ordinary pool supplies on Amazon. I do not recommend using an unverified third-party marketplace seller for a $1,000-plus Dolphin because the listing page does not establish who is authorized to sell the robot.

"New" condition and a large review count do not prove Maytronics authorization. Grey-market inventory can come from liquidation or another market, and an unauthorized invoice can leave the buyer without manufacturer coverage.

Typical third-party Amazon problems:

How to Verify a Dealer Before You Pay

Before placing an order, run these checks:

Open the official Maytronics / Dolphin dealer locator.
Confirm the store is listed. Platinum dealers ship nationwide. Local showrooms show up there too.
You can also check Maytronics' U.S. store locator if you want to walk into a shop.
